Milton Hershey School is looking for married couples to become Youth Support Specialists. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a couple, you will live in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing the home, handling various tasks, and leading daily devotions.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This package also includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

What We Look For:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
