Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for managing daily living activities, ensuring a nurturing environment, and serving as role models for our students. You will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, have been legally married for at least two years, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
