We are seeking family environment leaders to join our team. As a family environment leader, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and provide care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students. This role requires a high degree of integrity, commitment, and dedication to the well-being of our students.

Our work schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Reside on-campus with your spouse and provide a family-like environment for our students
- Support students with daily needs, including driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Have been legally married for at least two years
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be age 27 or older
- Hold valid driver's licenses and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
