As part of our team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and nurturing to a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This role requires both spouses to be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also necessary qualifications.

- A salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
