Salary and Benefits:
Couples can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding students in daily activities, administering daily responsibilities, and participating in their educational and developmental activities. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your spouse and other staff members to ensure a smooth and supportive environment for the students.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage experience. Both spouses should be 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
Working Environment:
You will be working in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limited pet allowance. The work schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a three-week paid summer vacation. When initially hired, couples cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
