Job Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will be responsible for:
- Fostering a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students
- Handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Providing guidance and support to our students, helping them achieve their full potential
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
