What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Youth Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in a residential setting. You will guide and support approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities including transportation and medication management.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
We offer a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation and comprehensive benefits.
