As a Youth Support Specialist at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive community for our students. Married couples who are legally married for at least two years and both age 27 or older are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate couple will have high school diplomas or GEDs and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Our benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 for the couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. This is a residential position, requiring the couple to reside on campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
