Salary and Benefits Package
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. We also offer relocation assistance, paid training, and a generous three-week paid summer vacation. Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing you to have personal time while students are at school.
