Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Additionally, both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
