The responsibilities of flex houseparent include facilitating daily activities, administering medication, and fostering developmental growth. You will work on a rotating schedule, which allows for a healthy work-life balance. Required qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
