Service Greeter
Summary
The Service Greeter is responsible to welcome our Service customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and ensure they make it the correct personnel and location. Employee fulfills primary responsibilities through positive, can-do attitude, customer service skills and clear communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome all Milton Martin Toyota customers with a smile
- Assist customers with the service bay process including, where to park their vehicle, the reason for their visit or confirmation of appointment and direction to the proper personnel
- Prep all incoming service vehicles by :
o Placing hat tag, seat cover and floor mat
o Documenting VIN and current mileage
o Perform photo walk-around to document current condition
o Clean-up as needed, or communicate major issues to management
o Turn on / off lights, TVs, menu boards
o Brew coffee and stock snack area
Maintain this by checking periodically throughout shift
o Empty trash cans that are more than 50% full
o Turn down heaters
o Close and lock all doors
o Act in accordance with MMT 4 C's
