Milton Nursing and Rehab Center -
The Director of Food & Nutrition Services is responsible for the daily operations of food-service department according to facility policy and procedures & federal / state regulations.
Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards, and client expectations are satisfactorily met.
Maintains records of department personnel, income and expenditures, food, supplies, inventory levels, and equipment.
- Full Time hours - (min 40 hr / wk expectation).
- Weekend & Holiday manager on duty rotation.
- Salary Position.

Education and Requirements
- Successful completion of Certified Dietary Manager exam in Pennsylvania (required)
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification (required)
- Graduate of Dietary Manager’s Course or college credits (preferred)
- Two years’ experience in food-service management (preferred)
- Prior experience in healthcare, food service (preferred)
