Milton Rents is seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Branch Manager to lead our team in Gorham, NH. The Branch Manager is responsible for sales and rental of industry leading equipment including Caterpillar earthmoving machines, aerial equipment, generators and more to drive profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Branch Manager provides leadership and manages daily operations, including employee supervision and development, and is responsible for financial performance, planning and scheduling.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
· Ability to lead, influence and communicate with others both internally and externally.
· Ability to recognize and manage confidential information.
· Possess a winning attitude and have the capacity to adapt to changing technology.
· Knowledgeable in the equipment sales and rental industry.
· Valid driver's license.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
