Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting various financial software tools, processes and reporting for the Milwaukee Bucks, Fiserv Forum and all other Bucks related business ventures.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter authority with Bucks enterprise resource planning software (ERP) financial reporting functionality
- Develop and maintain ERP generated reports, encompassing GAAP financial statements, management financial reports, budgets, and NBA required financial reports.
- Assist non-financial personnel with ERP software functions to improve management of actual revenue and expenses, preparation of annual budgets and mid-year re-forecasts.
- Assist with Bucks financial planning & analysis modeling, including annual budget, mid-year re-forecasts and multi-year projections, both GAAP and cash-based.
- Prepare financial and statistical analyses, graphs, and presentation materials; provide analytical support for the finance team and operational partners.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- BS degree required, preferably in Finance, Financial Systems, Economics or Statistics
- 1 year of finance or equivalent experience
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications; Acumatica ERP software and Velixo software are a plus
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to manage relationships with key constituents as appropriate
- Highly organized, upbeat, and results focused approach.
