Job Title: Ticket Operations Intern
Class: Internship
Timeline: Summer 2025 & 2025/2026 Season
Reports to: Manager, Ticket Operations
Location: Milwaukee, WI – Onsite
This position will be part of our 2025 Summer Internship program and our 2025/2026 Season. Our program will take place June 2nd – August 8th and is available to rising Junior and Senior college students. The role will be part-time during the school year.

Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting and providing support to the Ticket Office team on game nights, concerts, and during regular business hours. They will assist with day-to-day operations and special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Archtics database cleanup/organization
- Assist with in-person sales at Ticket Office counter, resolution, and general customer service
- Assist Full time and part time staff with daily responsibilities
- Assist with projects throughout the season
- Assist with in bound phone calls and other office duties as assigned
- Complete projects provided by the Ticket Operations leadership team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and must be an upcoming junior or senior as of summer 2025
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing
- Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous event or ticketing experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills including in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
