Your role on our team : Join our team as a Digital Product Manager, where you will own the lifecycle of digital enablement solutions designed to streamline and enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization. Your mission is to deliver tools that empower sales representatives, improve customer interactions, and increase revenue.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :
- Product Strategy & Vision : Define the product vision and strategy for custom digital solutions that align with sales goals and company objectives.
- Roadmap Development : Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and stakeholder input.
- Requirements Gathering : Partner with sales leaders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into actionable features.
- Execution & Delivery : Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with UX designers, product owners, journey managers, and data teams to create user-centric solutions that drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics to measure product success, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve adoption and performance.
- Training & Support : Enable the sales organization through product training, documentation, and continuous support.
