Your Role on Our Team :
As a Financial Analyst, you will help track all North America sourcing spend & savings activities associated with Indirect categories including but not limited to Facilities, IT, HR, and Travel. This position is a high-visibility role across the organization giving you the opportunity to closely partner with internal (Finance) & external (Business Partners) stakeholders to help narrate financial performances.
What You'll Do :
- Provide in-depth analysis and help standardize communication of indirect sourcing results, specifically tied to all vendor purchases, weighted payment terms, and cost savings initiatives.
- Actively engage with the Indirect Procurement team and cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) to identify risks and opportunities to the current forecast & budget.
- Identify root causes of monthly financial variances, communicate month-over-month changes, and provide summarized "stories" to the Financial and Operational leadership teams.
- Review and present financial information to cross-functional business partners, providing recommendations for maintaining and increasing profitability.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes.
- Easily adapts to changing needs of finance and cross-functional departments and able to create meaningful ad hoc "what-if" financial analysis.
