The Recondition Data Entry Clerk is responsible for keeping an accurate count on all warranty sheets and entering the count into appropriate software. The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform work in accordance to the essential job activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Uses tech paperwork to verify accuracy between paperwork and items in the recondition skid before shipment
- Updating daily log; counting warranty sheets for accuracy
- Enter warranty data into software.
- Assist with training as needed.
- Practice 5S and safety
- Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
- Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as needed.
Physical Demands
- Repetitive motion
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School or GED diploma required
- Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in manufacturing)
- Basic math skill and computer skills required
