Our Channel Marketing Operations team is dedicated to driving the long-term evolution of the channel marketing department through innovative and transformative process improvement while optimizing existing resources. The?Sr. Channel Manager - Operations will be responsible for driving results through change management aligned with business's needs. This individual will evaluate and analyze information across departments to support leadership with informed decision-making while ensuring clear and effective communication back to the business. This is a position for highly ambitious professional who can leverage analytical and communication skills to deliver innovative recommendations that drive sustainable improvements within the department.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:?
Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and create pathways to solving highly complex problems
Design sustainable solutions through root cause analysis that streamline and enable long term business processes
Collaborate effectively across business functions, integrating diverse perspectives of the business to align strategies, achieve common objectives and drive impactful results
Influence business leaders to gain alignment and buy in on project proposals, while translating technical solutions to align with strategic business objectives.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business, serving as a subject matter expert on department end-to-end processes, pain points, and areas of improvement.
Balancing immediate business needs with long-term technical strategy, managing multiple workflows simultaneously
Ownership of implementing and maintaining business solutions across cross functional teams
