Your Role on Our Team:
Sr Quality Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of the Quality Systems in the DC. They will work with internal and external partners to provide world class Quality to our customers.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:?
Educate and train others on quality principles. Provide guidance and assistance to the team including engineers, auditors, managers, and other stakeholders.
Requires demonstrated technical leadership ability in working with engineers, departments, vendors, distributors/end users, sister companies, various private and governmental agencies.
Plan departmental objectives and activities towards achieving the results documented in the Company's vision, mission goals and objectives.

Assist with the development and revision of Quality Policies, Quality Procedures, Quality System Instructions, Engineering Standards and Work Instructions that govern the operations of Quality related activities
Consult with managers and department heads on how and where to focus improvement efforts and aid in obtaining the resources and/or training required.
Follow and participate in all safety procedures / initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned.
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
5 years of experience or equivalent education in the specific area
Prior Quality experience in a DC environment
Strong Communications skills
Solid knowledge of statistics
Strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge to include: 8D, CAPA, A3, Fishbone, 5 why, process controls
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
Six Sigma
Exposure to ISO standard
Strong project management experience using a variety of quality tools
