Assemble and inspect electronic PCBs boards in our Screaming Circuits division.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one year experience in the electronics industry required.
Language Skills
Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of documentation.
Mathematical Skills
Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, & divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
Other Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to stand for a period of 10-12 hours a day; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include: close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- Produce quality product with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free), as well as some rework capabilities.
- Inspect to workmanship standards.
- Test electronic assemblies.
- Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
- Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
- Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
- Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
- Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
- The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.
