ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and user feedback to inform product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and iteration, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact.
- User Experience: Ensure a high-quality user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and incorporating user feedback into product improvements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships to drive product adoption and loyalty.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development, launch, and market performance.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching SaaS and Hardware products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and adapt to changing priorities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, speak and write in English. To analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; to write reports and business correspondence; to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Be a great communicator and listener.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to type, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
