Milwaukee Film seeks a well-organized and enthusiastic individual for the role of Guest Relations Assistant at the Oriental Theatre for the 2025 Milwaukee Film Festival. This is a full-time position starting on April 24 and ending May 8. This position reports to the Development Director.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage Reserved Seating for Donor Ribbon passholders at the Oriental Theatre
o Review schedule routinely with Development Director to ensure efficient facilitation of Reserved seating program.
o Maintain regular communication with Development Director to place Reserved seating signs on designated seats prior to select film screenings (as requested).
o Greet Donor Ribbon passholders and assist them with Reserved Seating.
o Maintain daily log of donor ribbon passholders and visiting guest’s attendance.
· Serve as on-site liaison for visiting filmmakers and/or VIPs and assist them with Reserved Seating; coordinating with venue Theater Manager and Hospitality team.
· Assist with other development/hospitality/theater operations related duties as assigned.

HOURS, SALARY, AND BENEFITS
This position runs from April 24 through May 8, 2025. The Guest Relations Assistant will work daily/full-time during the festival (including weekends). Assistant is required to attend one training session and one staff orientation session prior to the festival start.
Compensation will be at the rate of $15.00 per hour. This is a seasonal staff position. Guest Relations Assistant will also receive a Staff Pass that allows entry into most festival screenings and events. No other benefits are offered.
