The Overhead Crane Parts Professional will be responsible to managing customer orders while maintaining strong knowledge of crane parts. This role involves looking up parts in company inventory and with outside vendors, troubleshooting customer issues, and making recommendations to meet their needs. The position requires collaboration with vendors to obtain accurate, timely, and competitive part quotes while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Parts Professional will strengthen the overall relationship between MML and its customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking up parts in our inventory and with outside vendors
Process customer orders with high degree of accuracy
Troubleshoot and make recommendations to meet customer needs
Maintain strong product knowledge of crane parts, track lead times, and follow up on quotes
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
Collaborate with vendors to obtain accurate and timely part quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and meeting customer needs efficiently.
Responsible for selling overhead crane parts by identifying customer needs, providing product recommendations, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for strengthening the overall relationship between MML and the customer by fostering effective communication, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a high level of service and support.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of previous sales and customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems
Strong background in mechanics & electrical is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changes in job priorities
Strong organizational skills
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and document storage software
Exceptional customer service skills
