We are seeking a staffing coordinator / scheduler for our nursing home / skilled nursing facility in Milwaukee. The position is well compensated and you will work with an amazing team, including the admin, DON, ADON, UMs, HR, and many others.
Ideal candiate will have 1-2 years minimum experience in a nursing home or ALF scheduler position.
Duties and Responsibilities : Staffing Coordinator
- Oversees the implementation and management of the schedule
- Utilize the software provided (COVR) to create master schedule
- Fill shift openings and replace when staff call-in
- Act as customer service liaison for the facility employees
- Contact residents to ensure that all of their needs are met and the experience is positive
- Assist residents, family members and visitors with any special requests or arrangements
