Milwaukee Repertory Theater, a LORT theater located in the heart of Wisconsin’s largest metropolitan area, is currently seeking applicants for the position of Teleservices Agent.

As an Incentive for Producing Sales you will have the opportunity to see all our plays, Earn commission and to also earn bonus’s weekly. Compensation includes base hourly pay, plus commission & bonuses.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Professionalism in the work place ie: honesty, integrity and timeliness is Highly Valued.
- Comfortable holding phone conversations making Subscription Sales pitches & Donation asks
- Articulation and ability to communicate eloquently & intelligently is valued. A refined set of verbal skills using a command of language in Sales techniques is a PLUS
- Efficiently placing multiple outbound calls to patrons per hour & logging their responses
- Closing Subscription sales daily and weekly for production expected
Requirements
- Have availability to work a schedule during typical call hours, you will be guaranteed a schedule of 20 hours per week:
o Monday-Thursdays: 4pm-9pm
o Fridays: 10am-2pm
o (some) Saturdays: 9am-1pm
- Sales/fundraising experience is a plus
- Appreciation for theater and the arts
