The Software Engineer II will work as a member of an agile software development team that is responsible for building and maintaining custom web applications for Milwaukee Tool. The Software Engineer II will participate in agile ceremonies and help facilitate good practices throughout the SDLC.

The Software Engineer II will work as a member of an agile software development team that is responsible for building and maintaining custom web applications for Milwaukee Tool. The Software Engineer II will participate in agile ceremonies and help facilitate good practices throughout the SDLC.
You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities
- Hands on design and development of applications using technologies such as .NET/React.
- Work as a member of an agile software development team
- Enhance and support existing applications
- Troubleshoot problems identified by users
- Collaborate with lead developers and analysts to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Advocate for adherence to standards on the development team
- Mentor junior team members
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional software development experience
- .NET
- React.js or similar JavaScript framework
- SQL
- Azure/Cloud Experience
- Git/other source control
- Object-oriented and relational database development skills.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
