Eligible for one of the following sign-on / retention bonus :
15,000.00-3 year commitment
20,000.00-4 year commitment
25,000.00-5 year commitment
Eligible for up to $5,000.00 relocation of over 50 miles / 3 year commitment
Job Summary :
Under the direction of a licensed professional nurse, performs specified technical tasks, scrubs on surgical procedures, functions in all areas of Sterile Processing, pulls cases, organizes supplies, and sets up equipment for procedures.
On Call hours are an essential function of this position.
Patients need care 24 / 7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.
Qualifications :
Completion of surgical tech educational program preferred.
One year experience as a Surgical Tech; two years experience preferred.
BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification.
NBSTSA or equivalent preferred.
