RN or LPN - Nursing Home - PRN
Job Summary:
- LPN - Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct resident care, evaluates outcomes, completes reports and documents activities and resident response to care.
- RN - Under direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises and ensures the continuity of resident care performed on all shifts.
- Is a member of the health care team.
- Administers medications and treatments as ordered and supervises the performance of the Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
- Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN Program.
- One year experience as a LPN or RN preferred.
- NM LPN or RN License.
- Current BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain current BLS Certification.
