- Provide administrative / customer support to tenants and customers within the Property Management Department on a day-to-day basis;
- Verify and process vendor invoices for management approval;
- Create and distribute weekly open work order report for vendors;
- Assist with compiling monthly site visit documents;
- Work with appropriate departments, including Property Management, Leasing, and Construction, to determine the most effective way to proceed with the required repair and / or maintenance issue, within the terms of the lease;
- Coordinate working with vendors to maintain quality, cost and timing of completion of work;
- Create and follow up with work orders utilizing company software tools (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Yardi (Voyager);
- Abide by all company policies and procedures;
- Perform any and all other duties and responsibilities as directed and assigned by management.
