Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Work Location:
- Dickinson, North Dakota and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
- Interpret and execute electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints for diverse projects.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including NEC standards.
- Oversee project timelines, materials, and team performance to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor and train apprentices, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of complex electrical systems.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project needs and updates.
Qualifications:
- Valid ND Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- At least 4 years of experience AND a Journeyman's licensed .
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
