General Function:
Screens and recruits students for the Job Corps Program by making and maintaining a network of referral sources such as students already in the Job Corps Program, the Community Advisory Board, churches, etc. Must be available to work 1 evening (10:00am-7:00pm per week and 1 weekend-4.0hrs Saturday and 4.0hrs o Sunday- on a rotation on the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center.
Monday - Friday at our Columbia, MO Office
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social science, Education, Counseling, Business or a related field and one year of teaching or job placement counseling experience is required. One year of experience working with disadvantaged youth required.
An Associate Degree in Social Science, Education, Counseling, Business or a related field and four years of teaching or job replacement counseling experience is required. Two years' experience working with disadvantaged youth required. A valid Regular Driver License is required.
