Immediate rapid expansion into additional states is planned for the coming year.
The Position
Mind 24-7 is looking for an Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. We are open to FTE, Partime or PRN Therapists.
As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide intake assessments, group/individual therapy services, case management, treatment planning, and care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team; Navigator, Nurse, Behavioral Health Medical Professional (BHMP), Patient Advocate and Patient Care Coordinators under the direction of a Social Services Manager.

What You Will Be Doing
- Monitors daily activities and coordinates care for outpatient clients/patients.
- Completing psychosocial assessment set by regulatory guidelines in the state.
- Will communicate with the clinical team to ensure client’s goals and objectives are clear.
- Coordinates with family members and team on service delivery methods and options
- Provides both Individual/Group Therapy services.
- Coordinates staffing with other team members.
- Coordinates with clinical team regarding client appointments.
- Provides recommendations to identify how to assist patients with any social determinant needs identified.
- Works with members and family to educate on needed services as well as advocate for additional services identified.
- Creates and performs case management duties as defined in each member’s individualized treatment plan.
- Completes all needed documentation within time standards set by regulatory guidelines in the state.
- Other duties as described.
- Are passionate about providing top-tier support to children, adolescents and adults that are in various stages of crisis.
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- Have a valid (LCSW, LMSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT) licensure to provide therapy within the state in which services are being rendered.
- Understanding of state regulatory requirements.
- Have or can acquire a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Have 5 years or more of behavioral health or related experience. (Preferred)
- Understand both state and commercial insurances. (Preferred)
