Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Private Duty Home Health Recruiter to help grow our exceptional team. In this role you will be recruiting and on-boarding CNA's/caregivers.
This role requires someone who is professional, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. We also encourage students pursuing a degree in Human Resources to apply!
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and professional social networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding new hires.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and manage a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Communicate with supervisors and escalate issues when needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employees and act as a point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in home care or healthcare industry recruiting experience, preferred not required.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative, identifying opportunities and acting without needing direction.
