Job Description :
As an LPN at MIND & MOBILITY Home Care, you’ll play a vital role in conducting assessments, supervising in-home visits, and evaluating caregivers. You’ll ensure high standards of care for our clients while maintaining open communication with our staff. Additionally, you will be expected to confidently discuss rates, services, and packages with potential clients, helping them understand our value and assisting them in signing up for care services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct client assessments and in-home supervisory visits
- Evaluate caregivers and ensure high-quality client care
- Confidently discuss rates, services, and care plans with clients
- Facilitate the sign-up process for new clients
- Accurately complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
