MIND & MOBILITY Home Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced individual to join our Fort Myers operations as our Personnel Specialist for our Home Care Agency. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, be a self-starter and problem solver, think outside the box, and possess strong multitasking abilities while managing stressful situations effectively. We encourage students pursuing a degree in Human Resources to apply!
Position Details :
Location : 12381 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907 (In-person)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM)
Salary : $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
Create and publish job ads in various portals, including job boards, professional social networks.
Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria
Interview candidates over the phone, virtually and / or in-person
Oversee all hiring stages from recruitment to onboarding
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Organize and maintain file systems in compliance with policies and regulations.
Communicate and refer appropriate matters to the direct supervisor for direction.
Be able to communicate and build relationships with new prospective employees
Requirements : Qualifications :
One year of experience in recruitment (required)
One year of experience in Home Care. (required)
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Demonstrates effective time management by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and balance responsibilities.
Ability to demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities and taking action without needing direction.
