Position : Staff Aide – Guaranteed 30 Hours / Week

As a Staff Aide , you will :
Cover last-minute call-outs in Naples
Assist multiple clients as needed
Start new cases until a permanent caregiver is assigned
Provide coverage when caregivers are on vacation
Travel throughout Naples to ensure seamless care

Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Prepare meals according to dietary needs
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs
Assist with mobility and transfers
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals
Run errands and provide transportation as needed
Requirements : Requirements
HHA Certificate or CNA License (preferred)
Two years of home care experience (required)
Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle (required)
CPR Certification (required)
Ability to read, write, and speak English (required)
Willingness to travel throughout Naples, FL
