Position Overview:
We are seeking a PMHNP to provide psychiatry and addiction medication services for our outpatient behavioral health clinic that provides integrated psychiatry and counseling services for mental health and substance use disorders.
Our Mind Maters Team of board-certified nurse practitioners are committed to treating, inspiring, empowering, and supporting all of our clients.
Our office is proud to offer both prescribers for medication management and therapists for psychotherapy. At Mind Matters Mental Health we are devoted to not only upholding, but surpassing standards of mental health care and our clients’ expectations.
This role is focused on providing high-quality, individualized psychiatric care for mental health and addiction disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatry services, including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
- Oversee in office treatments including Spravato and Ketamine for TRD.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide after-hours call for patient emergencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ensure care practices comply with CMS regulations, medical board, DEA and other relevant regulatory standards. Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Education: NP Advanced degree from an accredited school.
- Board Certification: Board-certified PMHNP from ANCC
- Licensure: Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Physician Collaborator: Preferred but not required
- Strong skills in team collaboration and supervision.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
