We are currently expanding and seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team and help us hire outstanding Administrative Assistants, healthcare personnel, and certain Executive leadership, who will support our operations and contribute to the quality of care we provide.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire talented Administrative and Leadership Personnel for our South Florida locations. In this role, you will work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and source candidates who align with our company culture and values. You will play a critical role in supporting our growth by ensuring we have a strong administrative team in place to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Administrative Assistant positions.
• Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and local networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in the interview and selection process, ensuring alignment with company needs and values.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking progress and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure all candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with the HR team to create onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring metrics and recruitment activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly for administrative roles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with or office support roles.
• Familiarity with the home care industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques for attracting top talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess and match candidates’ skills with job requirements.
• Comfortable with various recruitment software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
