Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient coordination for in-home and outpatient therapy.
- Oversee insurance verification and authorization processes.
- Coordinate therapists' schedules and assignments to optimize service delivery.
- Provide support with billing processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical office or therapy clinic preferred (PT, OT, ST experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and scheduling software.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
