Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and in-home supervisory visits
- Evaluate caregivers and maintain high standards of client care
- Confidently discuss rates, services, and care plans with clients
- Facilitate the sign-up process for new clients
- Accurately complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Proficiency in home visits and nursing services in accordance with state regulations
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Valid Florida Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
