The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction-related equipment and be able to work independently with good judgment and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing the assembly process by reading and understanding drawings or blueprints, gathering necessary materials and tools, ensuring assembled items meet quality specifications, and observing all safety procedures.
A valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of construction-related equipment, ability to make independent judgments and decisions, good teamwork and collaboration effort, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and forklift certification.
