What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Component Fabricator position at Mindak Commercial Construction?
As a Wall Panel Assembler at Mindak Commercial Construction, you will play a critical role in our construction process.
You will be responsible for assembling building material components, framing walls together on assembly tables, and ensuring that assembled items meet specific quality specifications.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of physical requirements, including lifting and carrying materials and equipment up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally, as well as prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
A valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of construction-related equipment, ability to make independent judgments and decisions, good teamwork and collaboration effort, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and forklift certification.
