Position Help Desk Technician Tier 2
Location Department of Navy Washington DC Navy Yard
Pay Rate $70,000 - $75,000

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Help Desk Technician Tier 2.

Help Desk Technician Tier 2 Responsibilities:

Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.
Assists with help desk duties to include installation and administration of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier One troubleshooting of PC Hardware and Software, printer problems and network applications.
Provides mobile device support.
Provide wireless support; coordinates requirements for wireless assets as requested.
Installs, tests, and operates wireless and data communication network devices.

Help Desk Technician Tier 2 Qualifications:

Must 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field, specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
Security Certification is required.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
Experience in services of Information Technology assets and NMCI accounts for the Navy or Marine is good.
