Compensation: up to $93,600/yr (based on experience and employment type)

Position Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides for the care and management of the mental health needs of the patient population juvenile residential facility
- The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services such as intake, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group counseling
- Acts as a member of the treatment team to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate patient care
- Prepares and regularly maintains progress notes and discharge summaries on patients
- The Licensed Clinical Social Worker facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan
- Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
- All other duties as assigned
- Sex offender experience required; correctional experience preferred and/or inpatient psychiatric treatment
- Master's degree in psychology, social Work, or counseling
- Must possess a current and unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of New Jersey (NJ)
- An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities
