MindCare Solutions, is a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions in various settings : clinician owned and operated. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that is looking for a partnership in a growing organization with a strong team-mentality working in an adolescent residential facility.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Location : Monroe Township, NJ 08831

Compensation : up to $93,600 / yr (based on experience and employment type)

Sign-on / Start Bonus : $5,000.00

Position Summary :

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides for the care and management of the mental health needs of the patient population juvenile residential facility

• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services such as intake, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group counseling
• Acts as a member of the treatment team to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate patient care
• Prepares and regularly maintains progress notes and discharge summaries on patients
• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan
• Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• All other duties as assigned
