We are currently seeking dedicated and tech-savvy L1 Support Technicians to join our on-site IT support team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is ideal for candidates who are starting out in IT or have some experience and are looking to develop their skills in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical support
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Log, track, and follow up on service requests and incidents
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support in person and via ticketing system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications such as CompTIA A are a plus
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and full-time on-site in Hillsboro, OR
- Previous experience in IT support is a plus but not required
