We are currently hiring an L1 Support Technician to join our on-site IT team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of IT support and a desire to grow their skills in a real-world tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
- Respond to service desk tickets, emails, and in-person support requests
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support when necessary
- Document issues, solutions, and processes accurately
- Support onboarding/offboarding tasks for new hires and departing staff
- Follow IT policies and ensure system security protocols are adhered to
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Fundamentals) are a plus
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general networking principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on-site full-time in Tucson, AZ
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support role is preferred but not required
