What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Mindful Musical Minds, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based practices, creativity, and compassionate care. Your expertise will guide the development of personalized treatment plans while ensuring progress and growth for every child.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and Individualize:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to inform treatment goals.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Revise plans based on progress data to ensure goals are achieved.
Train and Supervise:
- Train, supervise, and mentor ABA therapists to maintain fidelity and excellence.
- Support families and caregivers by providing guidance and actionable feedback to teach replacement behaviors and manage challenges.
Analyze and Monitor:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Functional Analyses (FAs) for challenging behaviors.
- Regularly review program effectiveness, monitor data collection, and chart progress using charts, graphs, and reports.
Refine and Implement:
- Adjust and implement new programs based on mastery criteria and client needs.
- Continuously track progress through detailed session notes, daily/weekly data, and visual tools to ensure treatment effectiveness.
Collaborate and Communicate:
- Provide ongoing support to families, sharing insights and techniques that promote generalization of skills.
- Submit clear, timely session documentation, including behavior graphs, progress notes, and updates on goal achievement.
Lead with Heart and Knowlege:
- Demonstrate expertise in behavioral psychology, human development, and data-driven practices.
- Maintain organized schedules and established records to ensure effective service delivery.

What You Bring
- 2 years of experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques to create meaningful change.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
- Proven skills in patient assessment and crafting behavioral interventions.
- Adaptability to various settings—schools, clinics, or homes.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, families, and team members.
